Shipping Policies

For continental US:
  • We may ship your orders through:
    • USPS first class mail *
    • DHL ground *
    • A flat rate of USD$5.00 is charged for shipping.
    • * A tracking number will be provided.
  • FREE SHIPPING, when you order at least USD$50.00 worth of products.
  • Please allow 4-7 business days before receiving item(s). If you wish to expedite the shipment of your order, please contact us.
For destinations outside the US:
  • We may ship your orders through:
    • USPS first class international
    • USPS priority international
    • USPS international express *
    • DHL express *
    • * A tracking number will be provided.
  • USD$10 OFF SHIPPING DISCOUNT
    • To Canada: when you order at least USD$100.00 worth of products.
    • To any other destination outside the US & Canada: when you order at least USD$200.00 worth of products.
  • A waiting period of 7 to 10 business days should be expected according to the USPS air mail service. If you wish to expedite the shipment of your order, please contact us. On rare occasions, it may take longer due to prolonged customs clearance periods recipient's country and also due to other factors we have no control over. Please contact us if product(s) has not been received in 30 days after receiving confirmation of shipment.
For destinations outside the US:
  • The shipping calculator will automatically add shipping fees to your order amount, and notify you if your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING or USD$10 OFF SHIPPING DISCOUNT.
  • The shipping method used to deliver your order will be selected from those listed above, by us to ensure smooth transaction.
  • For destinations outside the US, due to factors we have no control over during shipping and handling, loses may occur and we will not be held responsible in such event. It is highly recommended that customers purchase insurance to cover loses, should such events occur. The approximate quote for insurance is at USD$1.30 per USD$100 coverage. Exact quotes will be calculated based on your order. If you request a lowered insured value, we can only be responsible for that lowered amount.
  • In the event of product backorder, we will notify and discuss suitable course of action with customer.
  • Customers who refuse or abandon shipments will be charged all fees that Disc Land has incurred to retrieve your package.
