Return/Exchange

Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order before returning any products; you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number upon approval. No returns will be accepted without a RA number. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return items. If the customer was given free shipping with the initial shipment, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost both to and from the customer's address.

• Unopened items can be returned for a refund*. ONLY after we have received the unopened item will customer's refund* be given. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return items.
• Defective items will be replaced with the exact same items, and will ship at no cost to customer, ONLY after we have received the defective item of interest. You may also add in-stock items you wish to purchase at no extra shipping cost to you, just pay for the new items you buy. Only if the item of interest is not available or out of press, will a refund* be given, or exchanged for another one. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return products.
• It may happen rarely that we ship you wrong items. Wrong items will be replaced with the right items, and will ship at no cost to you, ONLY after we have received the wrong items in question. You may also add in-stock items you wish to purchase at no extra shipping cost to you, just pay for the new items you buy. Only if the item of interest is not available or out of press, will a refund* be given, or exchanged for another one. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return products.
• Items damaged in shipping will be replaced for the same items. Please save all products and packaging and contact us immediately for right course of action. We will file claim with shipping company and send replacements to you.

* Please note that only the cost of the item of interest will be refunded, not any shipping fees previously paid.
