  • Why do I need to register?

    Registration is necessary to order products and services from our online store, to make payments, to track your order progress and helps us serve you better. It is a simple process and takes very little time. We also recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter so you can receive updates on the hottest new deals you surely will want to take advantage of.

  • How do I register?

    Click on the "Register/Login" link at the top right corner of the web page. After the Login page is loaded, enter your e-mail address and check "No, I want to create a new account." option under the "Are you already registered with our store?" line, and push the "login" button. Create a new password and confirm it, then fill in the fields all the information requested and submit. Now you are able to start shopping at our online store.

  • I cannot login to my account, what should I do?

    Make sure your username and password are accurate. If you forgot your password, please click the "Click here to have it e-mailed to you." link and it will be sent to you again by e-mail in a matter of minutes. If your username and password are accurate but you still have difficulty logging into your account, or if you believe your password has been stolen, please contact us immediately.

  • How do I change my personal information?

    You will need to login to your account and click on the "My Account" link. Under the "Account Menu", click the "Modify Personal Information" link and you will be able to change any part of your personal information (eg: customer address, preferred payment method, etc) by deleting old information and entering new information. Once you are finished, hit the "continue" button. You can review your changes by going back to the "Modify Personal Information" link again.

  • How do I review my transactions?

    Your transactions may fall under any of the following categories listed under the "Account menu". These include the "Manage Gift Registries" link, the "View Previous Orders" link, and the "View Saved Products" link. Click on the link of interest to review your transactions.

  • How do I logout?

    Click on the "My Account" link. Under the "Account Menu", click the "Logout" link.

  • Can I pre-order new items or items on backorder?

    Yes, you can pre-order soon to arrive new items and backordered items. In fact it is recommended that you do by all means, to secure items in short supply or of limited production. Due to the nature of the business, we complete pending pre-orders based on to the order in which they were received and the amount of merchandise we manage to secure.

  • Can I add items to a recent order I already paid for but that has not yet shipped?

    Yes, you can add items to a recent order so long as it hasn't yet shipped. We will combine it with the recent order and it will ship together for no additional shipping cost to you. Furthermore, if after combining the order you qualify for free shipping or shipping discount, it will applied to your order.

  • Do I have to pay in advance for "new soon to arrive" and/or "backordered" items I reserved?

    No, we only collect your credit card number, but you will not be charged for any items or shipping fees until we ship them to you. You may always confirm this with the receipts we attach with your orders or check your credit card statements.

  • How do I know which items I order are sold out?

    Availablity of the item of interest is indicated below its price.

  • What payment methods are available?

    The following payment methods are available at our online store, Paypal, Google Checkout, check or money order and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

  • How do I track the progress of my order?

    Once you are logged into your account, click on the "My Account" link. You will textbox indicating your last order information. Click on the order number and your order status page will be loaded.

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    1. For continental US: USPS first class mail and DHL ground.
    2. For destinations outside the US: USPS first class international mail, USPS priority international mail, USPS international express mail and DHL express mail.

  • Can I get free shipping or shipping discount for backordered items?

    In principle, soon to arrive and backordered items you pre-order are not eligible for free shipping or shipping discount, due to logistics limitations. We will notify you to discuss a suitable course of action should such event occur. At your discretion, pre-ordered new or backorder items may ship separately for additional charge or shipment of whole order can be withheld until they arrive to save our customers shipping fees. Alternatively we may also combine shipping for pre-ordered new or backorder items with new orders to save our customers shipping fees.

  • I haven't received my order yet and it's past the waiting period, what now?

    We make every possible effort to deliver your orders in a timely manner and in good shape. Unfortunately, we have no more control over it once your order ships out. Many factors may affect the time and state of the goods you receive, as explained in our policies section. For US and Canada orders, you may contact us if your order has not been received within the waiting period. For international orders, please allow 30 days to receive your order. After this period, please contact us, if you have not received your order yet. Furthermore, please note that since many factors affecting delivery of orders we have no control over, we are not responsible for any loses you suffer. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you buy insurance with your order.
